Cookie Policy
This policy covers our marketing websites (immersivefusion.com and deepcube.ai), the DeepCube web app with its sign-up pages, and our documentation site. It was checked on 2026-10-19: the marketing websites by a browser test, the web app and the documentation site against their code.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do the same job, and this policy treats them the same way.
1. The short version
- Our marketing websites set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. Third-party services there load only when you click on them.
- We do not use advertising cookies. The partner-referral cookie in section 3 records which partner sent you. Services you click on are run by their providers, whose own policies apply.
- The DeepCube web app stores what it needs to sign you in and remember your settings, and loads third-party services (Stripe, Zendesk, Trackdesk and fonts from Google), described in section 3.
- Our documentation site uses Google Analytics and Zendesk chat.
- The web app and the documentation site do not yet ask for your consent before loading these services.
2. Our marketing websites
immersivefusion.com and deepcube.ai set no cookies and no browser storage when you visit, and load nothing from other companies. Each of these loads only after you click it:

Once a service loads, its own privacy and cookie policies apply to what it does.

Signing in happens on pages run by Microsoft, or by Valve if you sign in with Steam. Those pages set their own cookies under their providers' policies.

The app also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. This sets no cookie, but your browser's request tells Google your IP address.
The app does not yet ask for your consent before loading support chat or the referral items. We plan to add a choice for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Until then you can block them in your browser (section 6).

The documentation site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. It does not yet ask for your consent before Google Analytics runs. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, and most browsers can block third-party cookies altogether. Blocking the items "needed for the app to work" will stop sign-in or payment working; blocking anything else will not affect the app.
